M&G distill the comparison down to a choice between customization and naturalism, noting, ' core components, stating, "do you want a material that’s consistent throughout? If so, then quartz is for you. But, if you lean toward colors found mostly in nature, and you love the idea that no two slabs of granite are exactly the same, granite is probably the way to go.
